See you later

Who really know me is aware that I do love the challenge but, at the same time , I am a little scared as well! Anyway the temptation is too strong! I will make 100s Wedding Cupcakes.
Once upon a time... was a raining Sunday and I started to cook cupcakes: 24. The day after I brought some of them at work and one of my collegue, Cecilie (eating), was quite intrigued. After few days, she came to me and told: "I would like ask you to make something like100 cupcakes for my wadding... Can you?" I was happy/scared, but more happy then scared, so I decided after 3 seconds to make them! Of course I can!|
You should know that Cecilie and Michael are Danish, so I decided to mix Italian, English and Danish culture in these Cupcakes.
I would not tell you more then that, I like to let you know in september how they have been... Hopefully the Wedding Cupcakes are not going to open the tag "Disaster. When 'I knew' should come before".
For now I will just take a break: I'm going in holidays in the South of Italy where I come from... Really looking further for italian food.
I have always criticized some Italians who cannot live without Italian food: I have to admit that sometime I am even worse! Anyway, I try to find something similar, such as a colour or a consistency and there it comes: a new flavour, a new recipe!
That's all for now... See you in a couple of weeks...maybe more!
At last but not least, sorry for my English, that someone calls Englishky!
Arrivederci
